What's Included

Transportation, accommodations, meals as noted, all attractions/shows as noted in the itinerary, professional tour director, professional driver, baggage handling, local step on guides. Optional excursions on some tours. Travel insurance is an option on the extended tours, however on some of the extended tours I do include the insrance. Tour pricing is based on the price per person, double occupancy. Single and triple/quad rates are also available.

Boarding Our Coaches

All tours heading east, begin in Rapid City, SD with pickups in Chamberlin, Mitchell, Sioux Falls and other points along I-90 and Sheldon, IA. All tours traveling west start in Sheldon, IA with pickups in the same South Dakota cities as listed previously and other stops along I-90.

Tour Directors

Wanda or her assistant will accompany the groups and working with our driver, making sure all the tours run smoothly.

Gratuities

Except for the driver and tour director, most gratuities are included in the price of your tour. Suggestions will be made for all gratuities that are not included.

Clothing

Tours in general are casual dress. If more dressy attire is necessary, that information will be in your tour packet. Do remember that most hotels have swimming pools and exercise rooms for you to use, if you want. You may want to bring workout clothing or swimming suits. Good walking shoes are a necessity on most tours. Layered clothing is encouraged. I highly recommend laying everything out on a bed before packing it. Then put half, of what you laid out, back in the closet or drawer! Traveling light is certainly the way to go.

Luggage

We will handle one medium sized suitcase for every passenger. You can also bring along a carry on (roller bag etc.) that you will be responsible for. If airline flights are involved in your tour, the airlines will charge a baggage fee at the airport.

Click on the reservation form, complete it or print it out and mail it to us, or, if you prefer talking to us or have any questions, please call us at #712-324-3596 or #712-324-1596. A deposit it due at the time you make your reservation with the balance due 30 days prior to the tour. An information packet will be sent to you about one month prior to your trip’s departure date.
